It was clean, and I loved very good location and cleanliness.

The property was clean, featured nice design ; I enjoyed it. The room met needs well, fashionable on the 27th floor. The decor was great and the staff were exceptionally kind. This hotel was located in a central area close enough to Times Square, the port authority subway station which Services many of the subway lines, clubs.

During our weekend stay, we enjoyed the excellent location, just a short distance from all the action in Times Square. The check-in process was easy and efficient, and the staff, although we didn't interact much, seemed friendly. The size and layout of the rooms were perfect, and the views from the upper floors were stunning.

The small size of the rooms made it challenging to move comfortably. In our room, the bed was broken, and we had issues with the smoke detector malfunctioning, which took multiple calls and a visit down to the lobby to resolve.

The room looked just like it did in the photos 📸. the location was great, super close to the Food Emporium.
